1)  Position : Client Manager

  • Experience : Minimum 5 Years in hardcore sales/ B2B Sales
  • Remuneration: Upto 6 lacs per annum (Negotiable for the right person)
  • Gender : Female
  • Education: MBA/PGDBM in Marketing (Schooling must be from convent or CBSE)
  • Location : Kolkata

 

  • Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, meeting, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts
  • Networking & Liaising with industry stakeholders
  • Proactively initiate contact with potential clients
  • Build and maintain good relationship with clients till the process of empanelment
  • Persuade clients sign search contracts on exclusive and/or retainer basis
  • Assist clients in formulating their expectation and contractual requirement in order for the appropriate candidates to be suitably matched with the role
  • Responsible to meet the business target
  • Maintain MIS and report on daily basis

 

  • Requirements:
  • A self-starter with desire for success who can spot new opportunities
  • Proven record in business development

2)  Position : Recruitment Consultant – Non IT

  • Experience : Minimum 4 Years in Non-IT Sourcing (Critical Positions)
  • Remuneration: Upto 5 lacs per annum (Negotiable for the right person)
  • Gender : Both
  • Education:  Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Location : Kolkata

 

  • Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Research into clients company
  • Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs
  • Develop and implement strategies based on clients needs
  • Research into competitors and market place
  • Define job description and document specifications
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Create a candidate persona for each open position
  • Conduct confidential interviews
  • Follow-up references and check credits
  • Present shortlisted candidates
  • Present detailed candidate profile summaries
  • Research and develop recruiting leads
  • Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
  • Follow the TAT to deliver the most suitable candidate

 

  • Requirements:
  • Must be active in linkedin
  • Proven record in relevant position
  • Well organized, self-motivated and a growth hacker
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Presentable and confident
